Context of the story
We are in London in 1999. The virus named the Q-virus (named after the famous group Queen for an unknown reason) is declaring in all England and people are panicking, the army declared martial law and force everyone to confine themselves, if they don't they have the right to shoot at sight, the civil war is declared and the population, the army and the infected fight against eachother. It's a complete chaos
