Smart city report

General instructions

With your mate you have to make an audio report about a smart city. One of you has to play the part of the interviewer, the other one will play the part of the mayor of the city you will present.

The report has to be presented in 3 points :

  1. The interviewer’s speech: The interviewer explains, in general, what a smart city is. (1 min)
  2. Mayor’s speech: The mayor of the city presents, in general, the city (surface area, number of inhabitants, principal characteristics, …). (1 min)
  3. Questions/Answers: The interviewer asks at least 6 questions about the smart city to the mayor. The mayor of the city answers each question with a constructed development. (3 min)

To edit the audio you will record you have to use the software Audacity.

Your voice has to be clear to be listened to and you have to cut too long silences.

Don’t hesitate to record several times your speech to choose the best parts. You have the time to focus on your accent, so do it…
